Information on Registration Costs, Lodging and Meals:  Regisration is available for Friday and Saturday at $70, Friday only at $53, or Saturday only at $48. Registration includes Friday lunch and dinner, Saturday breakfast and lunch, and breaks for both days. Lodging is additional and is on-site in newly renovated, carpeted dorm rooms ($40 per person) sleeping up to four with bunks, table with chairs, two wardrobes, and a private bathroom/shower.  Or you can request a private room for single or douple  occupancy ($80).  Linens are provided, but you may wish to bring your own additional sleeping bags/blankets.  Meals will be provided in Treehaven's dinning hall with panoramic views of the outdoors.  Meals, as much as possible, will feature local protein sources and produce from its sustainbable organic garden as a part of the dining menu. You can indicate vegetarian meals or special dietary needs as you register.

Thank you for helping WGF save time and money by registering on-line and paying by credit card. When you register, you will be prompted to enter your contact information, and then will be prompted to continue to the next page. There you can register for meals and lodging. If you are requesting a private room you will be prompted to provide your room-mate's name. You can indicate vegetarian meals or special dietary needs. You will then be prompted to continue to the secure payment page. We understand that the registration fees are higher than in past years to cover more of the costs of putting on this meeting. Because lodging costs are very reasonable, we hope total costs for your participation are still economical. You can help sponsor student members to participate in our meeting with an additional donation.
